Automated SPE Autosampler Eliminates Many Repetitive Tasks

The HT400E autosampler can reliably and accurately automate manual solid phase extraction procedures and automatically inject the sample into an HPLC system. This allows increased workflow and eliminates many repetitive tasks. Additional features include high flow reproducibility and a “zero dead volume” plunger design. Even complex methods can be automated with samples extracted, treated further, and then re-injected onto another SPE cartridge for further operations. The multiple position capability of the autosampler makes it highly flexible yet compact with minimum bench space requirements. With a simple change of the sample tray, the device becomes a fully functional HPLC autosampler for 110 samples.
