Customizable Flow Tubes
Made to customer specifications, the custom flow tubes meet industry standards and are tested to ensure they satisfy specific requirements for critical flow monitoring. The company can also develop tooling needed to reproduce existing flow tubes. Flow measurements are made with digital direct reading flow meters to ensure tubes are calibrated and traceable to NIST standards. Laser micrometers are used to measure accuracy to 20 millionths, and both statistical process control and traditional bench checking are applied throughout the production process for quality assurance.
