Secondary Reference Temperature Sensor
The model 5609 100-Ω secondary reference temperature sensor features a temperature range of –200 C to 670 C with short-term repeatability and long-term drift of ۪.01 C at 0 C. Either 0.25 inches or 6-mm diameters are available. The 0.25 inches diameter PRTs come in sheath lengths of 12 inches, 15 inches or 20 inches. The 6-mm diameter PRTs come in sheath lengths of 300, 400 or 500 mm. The sensor can be ordered with a certificate of compliance or an optional NVLAP-accredited calibration from the manufacturer. Options include sensor characterization or full system calibrations that comprise the performance of the sensor and readout together, reducing the cost of ordering system calibrations. Applications include laboratory calibration and calibration in manufacturing facilities in biotech, medical device, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and process industries.
