HILIC Columns Suited for LC-MS Analysis

Luna HILIC (hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography) columns are suited for the analysis of polar metabolites in drug discovery and development. The columns deliver optimal retention of polar compounds, increase MS sensitivity, and increase laboratory throughput and productivity. A water-enriched layer is retained on the surface of the silica, facilitating the transfer of polar compounds into the stationary phase for increased retention. A cross-linked diol-bonded phase delivers more reproducible HILIC separations. The columns are packed with 3- or 5-μm particles and are offered in 14 dimensions.
