Infrared Thermometer Gun Takes Instant Temperature Readings
Booth 1455. The Traceable infrared thermometer gun takes instant temperature readings of any surface in less than a second, permitting one-handed point-and-shoot operation. The laser-sighting beam enables precise aiming at the target surface. Applications include food preparation, pharmaceuticals, electronics, safety inspection, and taking temperatures of any liquid or solid. Temperature ranges from -76 F to 932 F and -60 C to 500 C with a resolution of 1 degree. Accuracy is ۬ C or 2% of the reading. Emissivity is fixed at 0.95, and the field of view is 11:1. Features include backlighting at the touch of a button, data hold to freeze display readings, a laser, a low-battery indicator, automatic maximum recording, a C/F button, an auto-off feature (15 seconds) to conserve battery power, and a continuously on capability. Also, a serial-numbered certificate is provided, indicating traceability to standards provided by NIST.
