Dual-Layer, Color-Coded PEEK Tubing
The dual-layer, color-coded PEEK tubing eliminates concerns that a critical sample stream could be contaminated by pigments used to color code the tubing. While looking like any other color-coded tubing, it features a pigmented layer that surrounds a separate but integrally-bonded inner layer of natural PEEK. The pressure performance is equivalent to single-layer tubing. The 0.063 inches OD tubing is available in OEM quantities with any ID specified, from 0.002 inches to 0.030 inches. Standard ID sizes and colors include 0.005 inches red, 0.007 inches yellow, 0.010 inches blue, 0.020 inches orange and 0.030 inches green. The ID tolerance of ۪.001 inches is equivalent to that of tubing typically sold as premium grade. Additionally, the tubing is available in a range of colors, striped or solid. All colorants used in the manufacture of the tubing are RoHS compliant.
