Column Selection Software Adds 47 New Columns
An updated version of the free software tool for reversed-phase HPLC column selection is available for download. The latest version adds 47 new columns to the database. With chromatographic data provided by long-time collaborators AstraZeneca and HiChrom, the company has updated this freeware to include a total of 229 of the most popular columns used today. The software is a product of more than 3400 experiments. As a starting point for method development, it can be used to identify equivalent columns or columns that vary widely in their characteristics, and to search for those that meet a single or multiple criteria.
